The Spirit to Self Process
The Spirit to Self process begins with a comprehensive connection session focused on understanding who your guides are and how they support you. From there, an Integrative Framework Coach steps in to help you digest and integrate the guidance. Your coach works in tandem with your own guides, creating a tailored, ongoing, supportive process where integrating your guides elevates coaching and supports a life that feels clear and joy filled.

FAQs
you have the question - I have the answers
-
Integrative coaching is an experiential, consciousness-based approach that supports deeper self-understanding, clarity, and inner alignment. It blends parts work (similar to IFS-informed coaching), advanced meditation, and Monroe Institute sound science to help clients access insight beyond surface-level mindset work.
Rather than focusing only on external goals, integrative coaching works with the inner patterns, protective parts, and subconscious dynamics that shape how you experience your life. With consent, this process may also include intuitive guidance and a Reiki-based method to support deeper integration and accelerate progress.
At its core, integrative coaching is about building self-leadership, strengthening intuition, and bringing greater peace and coherence into everyday life.

Not at all. No prior knowledge or experience required!
Some participants come in with years of meditation or Monroe Institute experience; others are completely new to consciousness exploration. The process is custom-tailored, which means the practices, pacing, and language adapt to you, not the other way around.
If you’re new, you’ll be guided step by step in a grounded, accessible way. If you’re experienced, we can go deeper.
-
Every experience is unique, but participants commonly report increased clarity, a stronger sense of inner alignment, and a deeper understanding of their own patterns and inner guidance. Many notice greater emotional regulation, improved decision-making, and a renewed sense of direction or purpose.
Rather than forcing change, the process supports awareness shifts that tend to ripple naturally into daily life including relationships, work, creativity, and self-trust.
-
Many people come to this work at a crossroads. They may be facing an important decision, feeling stuck in a mental or emotional loop, or sensing that something in their life isn’t aligned but they can’t clearly see why or what to do next.
Some participants come with a specific goal, such as moving past a mental block, gaining clarity around direction, or showing up differently in their relationships or work. Others may be navigating physical discomfort or stress and feel curious about whether deeper emotional or consciousness-based exploration could support healing and integration.
What these situations tend to share is seeking understanding and a willingness to explore!

Connection sessions are interactive, consciousness-based experiences designed to help clients explore communication with the other side. Similar to mediumship, these sessions may involve connecting with passed loved ones and discovering your guides. Clients can ask direct questions, request specific individuals, and receive emotional and intuitive insights in real time.
Healing sessions are energy-based sessions facilitated by Dana, a Reiki Master Practitioner, and go beyond traditional Reiki. They include chakra and intuitive body assessment, subconscious parts awareness, and Monroe Institute sound science to support deeper integration. Clients receive a detailed review afterward, including insights and observations of energetic shifts during the session.
These sessions are supportive, and are not medical treatment or therapy.

In the Spirit to Self Process you will work with Dana for any connection and biofield healing sessions.
For the integrative framework coaching, you will be matched with a coach who is specifically qualified in integrative framework coaching and trained to guide this work safely and ethically.

All coaches affiliated with The Spirit to Self Process are certified Outreach Trainers for The Monroe Institute.
Both Dana and your coach are also members of the The Monroe Institute’s Professional Division.
This program is informed by consciousness research and practices, including those developed by the Monroe Institute. We share a commitment to ethical exploration, experiential learning, and grounded integration.
That said, this is not a Monroe Institute course.

This work is spiritual in the sense that it explores consciousness, awareness, and inner experience but it is not tied to any belief system, religion, or doctrine.
Participants are encouraged to interpret their experiences through their own belief, whether that’s scientific, religious, spiritual, psychological, or somewhere in between.

Integrative coaching is not therapy and does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment, or mental health intervention. Unlike therapy, this work is NOT designed to treat mental illness or process trauma in a clinical framework. Instead, it focuses on teaching awareness-based tools and supporting conscious growth.
Compared to traditional coaching, this approach goes beyond goal-setting and behavioral strategies by incorporating meditation states, sound technology, and consciousness exploration. It offers a deeper, more integrative lens, working not only with what you want to change, but with the underlying inner experience that drives it.
This is a non-clinical, supportive process for those seeking clarity, self-understanding, and meaningful inner transformation.
